Frequently Asked Questions

  • To rent a tiny TIMBER home you will need:

    • Vehicle access for delivery

    • A level site

    • Power connection

    • Water supply

    • Wastewater solution (or discuss available options with us)

  • For rentals of 12 months or longer, delivery is included free of charge. For shorter rental periods, delivery is charged at $100 per hour, based on the time required for transport and set-up.

  • There’s no maximum rental period, so you’re welcome to settle in for the long haul. Our minimum rental term is four months, but please get in touch if you’d like to discuss a shorter stay as this can be accommodated for an increase in weekly rental price.

  • Pretty much anywhere the space allows. Just let us know your location and we'll help you figure out the details.

  • Pets are welcome to be discussed. Reach out and we can chat about what could work for you and your furry friend.

  • You'll need a:

    • power connection

    • water supply

    • wastewater solution (or we can chat through what options are available to you)

  • The home itself is covered on our end, so you're all sorted there. You'll just need contents insurance for your own belongings.

  • Rental costs start from $390 per week. After the first 6 months, the weekly rent reduces to $380 per week.

    A bond equal to 3 weeks’ rent is required before the rental begins.
